German innovations: Duesenberg meets PLEK

Starting January 2009, all Duesenberg guitars and basses are machined with yet another ingenious invention: The PLEK, a fine tool made in Berlin. This machine guarantees perfect fret-leveling and dressing of the frets and saddle. The frets are cut in height and the crowns rounded with a tolerance of 1/100 mm for each individual instrument. The computer-based PLEK-System eliminates string-buzzing, perfect string action, a better feel and clearly a better sound.
