30 Years of Starplayer

2025 New Instruments Release

2025 marks the 30th Anniversary of the creation of the original Starplayer. In celebration of this special year, we are releasing a new family of instruments which extends the tonal range and aesthetics of the Starplayer family in new and exciting ways - The Starplayer CBR. One very special version of this line is finished in a Gold-Leaf and Black Checkerboard design and is strictly limited to 30 pieces worldwide.

We are also thrilled to add two new Artist Alliance collaborations with Chris Chaney, AC/DC & Jane's Addiction, and renowned Lapsteeler Paul Franklin to our line-up this year.

Aside from these entirely new models, we are also extending existing model lines with stunning additions to the Starplayer TV, Paloma, Fantom S and Julietta.

Chambered Mahogany brings you back to our roots.

Retaining the aesthetics of the celebrated Starplayer design, the Starplayer CBR brings you a new and unique tonal response through a chambered Mahogany body, Mahogany neck and flat Maple top.
It comes with our newly designed Diamond Prestige Tremola unit featuring an elegant flat-arm design, as well as our new Flextone+ 5-Way wiring.
The Starplayer CBR comes in five exclusive colors, all featuring a transparent brown back and elegant flamed Maple top.

This long-scale solid Alder body Alliance Series is packed with innovative features like our new Grand Duplex Bass Pickups or large anodized aluminium pickguard, all while retaining a sleek and elegant package.

The Chris Chaney Bass also comes in a stunning "Distressed Black" finish, which is limited to 10 pieces per year.

Paul Franklin is one of the most famous Pedal- and Lapsteel players on the planet and has collected 30 CMA nominations to date.
With this custom Lapsteel, we have made an instrument tailored to his specific needs but made for everyone.
Aside from the transparent red paint job, this Lapsteel features an acrylic, back-printed fretboard and a specially requested Capo-delete.

The Velvet Series brings you full featured Special Editions of our Starplayer TV in two stunning matte finishes - Black Velvet and White Velvet.

Custom matte finishes highlight the unique character of these instruments and create a fresh appeal located somewhere between traditional design and modern finishing.
Fitted with two Split/King Duo-Coil pickups, which allow for both real Humbucker and real Singlecoil tones, and all-over gold hardware, these special editions really are amongst the finest instruments available today.
